It’s the start of summer in Southwest Florida, so that means that is is officially mango season! 🥭This sweet, spicy, and tangy strawberry mango salsa hits the spot on a hot summer day! Its so easy to make, there’s just 10 ingredients and it takes less than 10 minutes to chop up all the fruits and veggies in a food processer to make the perfect summer salsa!

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY MANGO SALSA
Fresh produce is key to making this salsa a healthy and refreshing summer snack! Select cherry tomatoes that are bright red with smooth skin, fresh and juicy strawberries, and a ripe mango. The red onion adds a pungent bite to balance all the sweetness from the fruit and the jalapenos add some fire, so adjust to your liking. The lime juice brightness up the dish with its acidity and the cilantro, cumin, salt and garlic powder add traditional flavors to this strawberry mango salsa dish.
Simply roughly cut up all the fruit, veggies, and herbs and add them to the food processor with the lime juice and spices. I pulsed my Cuisinart Elemental 13-cup food processor about 15 times to get the consistency of the salsa in the pictures which is fairly chunky.
I simply served mine with slice avocado and tortilla chips, but you could also use this salsa on tacos, burritos, or bowl. You could even serve this with avocado toast or scrambled tofu for breakfast!

Oh my gosh, so delicious and refreshing! It was quick, easy and I must say one of the best salsas I have ever had, extraordinary flavor combination. I made it to snack on today and for Tacos, using Rollin Greens plant based Me’eat ground taco. We will have those later, hopefully the salsa lasts that long!
This salsa is so addictive! Glad you loved it!
